One of the most fascinating things of classical garments is that they never stop expressing what they have to say.

Their strength is based on the design and the materials chosen, that have been able to make the history of fashion: timeless and always in fashion, they are able to survive to seasons and trends.

Among these there is undoubtedly the icon of Max Mara, a coat that does not only have a name, but a number, the 101801. Its cut and balanced proportions have made it a style icon: it consists of one hundred and twenty centimeters long in wool and cashmere, with soft kimono sleeves.

Unmistakable, this garment in its camel-colored version since 1981 has become a feminine element capable of accompanying any type of outfit, from formal to vintage, passing through the inevitable casual. The only one of its kind, the 101801 bears the name of the first model sewn by the French fashion dressmaker Anne-Marie Beretta and, for its contemporary design and elegance, makes women of any age feeling fashionable.

I wanted to combine this evergreen by Max Mara in its classic camel-colored version, with an elegant white Marella trousers and a Seventy high-necked cream sweater. The shoes are the varnish pumps of Liu Jo, I then completed the total look Arteni with the bag of Alviero Martini.
