A new collaboration: Essenziale for “Io sono Friuli Venezia Giulia”.

From the heart of a wonderful Italian region, Friuli Venezia Giulia, a new collection is born. A collection that holds a story, an identity, and a deep connection with the land. This is how Essenziale for “Io sono Friuli Venezia Giulia” came to life, the new collection designed by the Arteni Group and created in collaboration with “Io sono Friuli Venezia Giulia” and with the support of PromoTurismoFVG.

What happens when fabric meets culture? They give life to a new project that transforms each garment into a fragment of landscape, a message to wear. This exclusive collection is the result of a synergy that focuses on the Made in Italy quality and the desire to add value to a territory that is unique in terms of history, landscapes and traditions.

Each garment is designed to be a manifesto of style and sustainability. Clean lines, natural materials and colours that reflect the diversity of Friuli Venezia Giulia: from the green of the woods to the blue of the sea, to the black of the stone and the white of the snow-capped peaks. But it is also designed to be genderless, seasonless and timeless. The volumes are contemporary, the shapes fluid and comfortable, the details crafted with sartorial precision. The result? Garments to wear every day, but with a refined and authentic aesthetic. This is not a dramatic fashion, but rather a personal expression of taste, awareness and a sense of belonging.

To wear Essenziale for ‘Io sono Friuli Venezia Giulia’ means to carry a piece of this hard-working and welcoming land with you, while at the same time opening up to the world thanks to its border location that doubles as meeting point between cultures.

Tiziana Arteni and Alessandra Verona are the minds behind this collaboration, respectively the creator and designer of the line, who describe the project as follows:

‘We wanted to design a timeless Men’s/Women’s collection exclusively for ’Io sono Friuli Venezia Giulia”, in order to showcase this territory, Arteni’s birthplace, through a contemporary perspective. We love our identity and we are looking for a product that represents us. The values that characterise the Essenziale line are Made in Italy, simplicity, quality and comfort. These are the same values that we wanted to convey through this collaboration. We like to think that the values of our territory and our company, such as reliability, seriousness and elegance, are embedded in the product as a way to tell a new story.”
