RETURNS AND REFUND
You may withdraw from the sale contract within 14 days after the receipt of the order. The right of withdrawal may be exercised by choosing one of the two methods indicated below:
By sending an email notice to servizioclienti@arteni.it, a reply will be sent by the staff of the customer service, with a form annexed thereto, containing all instructions for the return of one or more products;
By using the following computer procedure:
-access your account on this site;
-go to the Order history section;
-click on the Details of the order that includes the product you intend to return;
-select the checkbox corresponding to the product;
-enter the reason of the return in the relevant space below (optional);
-send the request by clicking on the Submit a return note”button.
You will be contacted via email by the staff of the customer service, who will provide you with the form containing all instructions for the return of one or more products.
For Italy, returns shall be made through the Bartolini courier, whereas abroad they will occur through the UPS courier, all costs will be borne by Arteni therefore free of charge only for Italian Customers.
Shipping cost for return pack outside Italy is not free and you can choose the express courier that you prefer.

In case of withdrawal from the sale contract, all payments made in favor of Arteni relevant to the Product or Products returned will be refunded. The costs for the restitution of the products further to the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be borne by the customer.
The refund will occur without delay and in any case not later than 14 days after the day on which we have been informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.
The refund will occur by using the same method of payment for the initial transaction, if this was made by credit card.
In case the initial payment was made by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer onto the IBAN indicated by the Consumer on the Withdrawal Form sent to us in the package together with the returned Product or Products.
