A new cooperation, a young talent we are really happy to support. Meet together with us Luca, Lou art name, who tells us about his present and future dreams, between music and fashion. We played together with him with the new man collections, talking and shooting some pictures! Here the interview, enjoy the reading!
A: Hi Luca, first of all talk to us about yourself and how your passion for music was born.
L: Well, let’s say that I have a lot of memories that are clear in my mind from childhood when, at the age of 8 years old, I spent hours sitting next to and old stereo that repeated endlessly a Steavie Wonder’s vinyl. The hit of the moment was the amazing “I just called to say I love you”. From there, the influences over the years have multiplied by touching many genres: from Micheal Jackson to Freddie Mercury’s Queen, from Guns to Lionel Richie, from Backstreet Boys to Tupac Shakur.
In these images Lou feared for us an Ermenegildo Zegna outfit, mixed cashmere, enriched by brown leather profiles. The look is completed by the same brans shoes and hat: the perfect Made in Italy mix for a man that always needs excellence.
A: When did you understand that singing was your way?
L: Let’s say that it was, and still it is, a difficult journey: years of sacrifice and dedication investing time and money in what I believe in. I believe we never stops learning. I define it a therapy to win shyness, that characterized me till 20 years old.
A: So, how would you define yourself?
L: I define myself a self-taught person, not a “singer” in the whole sense of the term, maybe more an entertainer. The technicalities are for others, I have a more spectacular view of the whole thing. The intonation is obviously essential, but you also need charisma, involvement and acting.
For this look we chose a street-style mix, made of a camouflage print shirt by Xacus and a Roy Rogers jeans. Over them Lou chose a Mason’s coat, that immediately attracted his attention in our men department. Shoes by A.S.98.
A: What about Ramaz&Lou’s project and what are the plans for your future?
L: It will be great. I can only say that I and Matteo have a lot of ideas and we agree about everything related to our productions. Thanks to him today I’m in love with music. We are working night and day for new song that will be published in September with the related videos. There will be many surprised and many special guests. At the same time, I will be on Sanremo’s stage for the final part of the event. It is a great gratification.
