Eleven Black is a collection of mirror-polished 18/10 stainless steel cutlery with a gold-tone PVD finish.
Mirror polishing of cutlery is a surface processing process through which, with the use of special rollers and fine-grained abrasive pastes, the required brilliance is obtained.
PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition. It is a technology used for coloring steel by deposition of very thin metal films. The process takes place inside vacuum chambers and consists of the evaporation and subsequent condensation of metals on the cutlery. This treatment, with a range of wonderful shades of color, in addition to embellishing the cutlery, makes them more resistant to wear and scratches and is a perfectly sustainable coating suitable for use in the food sector.
