The GEL-PULSE 17 is designed to offer the comfort needed for running, the gym and all other activities. To improve cushioning under the foot, we have added 2 mm of foam in the midsole. This cushioning material is composed of FF BLAST and GEL technologies, for a soft and comfortable running experience.
Reinforced mesh upper. The mesh material reduces the need for additional layers.
FF BLAST cushioning. The foam in the midsole guarantees unparalleled cushioning and reactivity at the same time.
GEL technology on the heel. The material positioned in the midsole of the shoe ensures cushioning and shock absorption.
AHARPLUS rubber heel wedge. The extraordinary highly abrasion-resistant rubber from ASICS, located in the heel area, is about three times more durable than standard rubber soles.
The insole is made using a solution dyeing process that reduces water consumption by about 33% and carbon dioxide emissions by about 45% compared to traditional dyeing technology.
