The thick XL blade - made in the USA - is equipped with a larger cutting surface than that of the other graters in the Gourmet series and thanks to its photo-etched sharpening it allows you to cut larger foods such as cabbage, apples, courgettes, carrots, peppers, pumpkin, soft and hard cheeses and much more.
