The psychologist Cliff Arnall, of the University of Cardiff, has decreed that the third Monday of January is Blue Monday, the day in which there is a spike in online research about trips abroad and weekends out of town. That means a lot of people looking for an… Escape plan!

It might seem like just a publicity stunt, and maybe it is too, but if you think about it, in fact the holidays have just ended, we return officially to “normal” life, to the routine, our bank accounts suffer from the Christmas generosity with which we have chosen all the gifts to make, as well as the loss of control under the sales!
